This Technique can be used to relax after a stressful day and even as an exercise while practicing yoga or other positions that will help you reach a meditation state and heal. When applying all the meditation knowledge. you are able to focus and do healing meditation for physical problems.

Meditation is commonly used to attack any health physical problem that you have. It will show you how to handle pain or common situations without suffering much. We have seen this everywhere, specially in India where people can meditate for days and even months without needing any medication or even food.
